I bought gas here in an 02 camaro and the machine charged me over $100 in gas when i only bought $50 worth.(The size of the tank is less than 17 gallons). After bringing this up to the manager Deepak. He was extremely unhelpful, he told me that it was Friday and would be unable to help even though the store had no line when i asked why he just repeated that he was very busy and that it was Friday then just proceeded to stand at the register, i understand mistakes happen, i even understand sometimes the answer to a resolution is "sorry, i cant help" but he instead treated me like i was beneath him and he would not and could not be bothered, ALL BECAUSE IT WAS FRIDAY?!!! All he could repeat was that i needed to call the customer service department, he didnt have their number so i had to look that up as well. (The point is he couldnt lift a finger to help someone. After talking to the lady on the phone (who was very helpful) she told me the manager can reverse the charge or i would have to dispute it through my bank. With those being my only 2 options i went back to the store and he said he had a chance to review the footage on the camera, and he said he would not help because he would lose money.
Feel free to go here if you hate customer service and you feel like giving your money to people that would rather stand at registers staring into space instead of helping someone they have wronged.
