I successful paid off my TV within 12 mouths , but I have a 60 day warrant on it.
Will today my remote control wouldn't even turn the TV on nor control the volume. I explained it to the lady and she just said yea like I was making up a lie. Its really unprofessional to talk down to a loyal customer that paid it off and am not sure I want to even refer my friends to go to them. I not sure if I will ever do business with them again. I think its my sensor on my TV. Only way I get it to turn on was to use the buttons behind the TV.
And there was not a opening till December 1st for they could look at it. For one customer service is important and to just talk down to me is unprofessional.
