I needed to re-order a course packet required for one of my classes; the first time I called, the employee who answered the phone promptly hung up on me. The second time, he answered my questions very tersely, was rude and unhelpful to the point of being hostile, and then hung up on me again. If this weren't the only copy store in Austin that stocks the course packet I need, I would never give these guys my business.
