Horrible! They receive a referral for my son. Call me to make an appointment. I ask all sorts of questions about coverages and expectations and at the end of the call we schedule an appointment. I take off work, get my kids from school, drive all the over their, start filling out paper to be told for the first time that the insurance won't cover my sons diagnosis. Seriously? How do you schedule an appointment without first verifying coverages and discussing potential out of pocket expenses before you arrive? And no phone call before hand. Once I get insurance issues handled I will NOT be going back. Can't do simple front office tasks and I am to entrust in your back office work...I THINK NOT!!!!!!!
