I have wasted hours of my life waiting at the Pearland practice (> 1 hour per average appointment). When complaining about the wait on a recent visit - I was basically told it was my fault - I should have known not to make an appointment on a Monday or Friday. Really?!?
I brought my son in for his Well Child visit and was astounded to find that they had billed the insurance for BOTH a well child visit and sick child visit for the SAME 5 minutes Dr. Anderson spent with my child.
They did nothing for his fever he had that day and we told the office we didn't want to treat it, he was there for a well child visit. When complaining to the office they had NO documentation that Dr. Anderson did anything above and beyond a Well Child visit. They continued to reference a fever that we didn't ask to be treated and Dr. Anderson did NOTHING for. I asked to be transferred to the Office Manager - and was instead transferred to a recording stating the office is closed.
This office FRAUDULENTLY bills patients after making them wait hours for appointments for unfriendly, rushed physicians.
Save yourself the time, headache and money and take your children elsewhere - I certainly will be doing so in the future.
