Visited the Baybrook store looking for a bookcase. Was in the store over 15 min. There were 3 employees chatting with each other behind the counter. No welcome - not even “hi”. They were socializing among themselves. There was also another group of customers in the store. I was interested in purchasing the Colton 63” bookcase with ladder and would have placed the order in the store if someone, anyone, would have acknowledged me. This store might sell more with the right training.
