Belk

Belk sends out coupons that sound like great deals. Unfortunately, when you get out a microscope and read the tiny fine print, it excludes any decent brand, as well as any in-store sale - which is everything, so the coupons serve as nothing more than a ploy to get you in the door. On top of that, they have eliminated all petite sizes, so I cannot buy any clothing at all, just household goods. Belk has become a huge disappointment for a customer that used to spend quite a lot there.
