ALL the staff here are SUPER friendly and helpful. I mean I know it's their job but they all have really good customer service! The stroller department guys are AWESOME! My husband had put part of City Select (the adapter part ) incorrectly. One of the guys noticed it and took time to fix it!! A good place for baby and kid stuff plus you can't beat the selection AT ALL!

It takes alot for me to write a review but the Buy Buy Baby store on Pipeline went above and beyond for me and my husband when I wound hospitalized a couple wks before delivery. Night time manager Michael and his staff pulled our entire registry list, sorted it, suggested items that were missing and added/removed things everty time I would call. They had it all ready to go for my husband to pick up. Saving him much time and frustration. Thank you so much and we will be returning customers for sure!!!
