My mother has made Cambridge Court her home for 18 months. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are caring, patient and consistently give me the feeling they love their jobs. I have been extremely impressed by something many may feel is insignificant - the facility always smells good!
I love the fact that a pleasant person is going to be coming to her room numerous times daily: to give her medications, empty trash, give a reminder of meals or events taking place. And they even check on her through the evening.
My previous concerns about her living independently was her falling often and not being found for hours. Assisted living was the answer. Those concerns vanished. With the good care she's receiving, she's healthier and hasn't even had a fall during her time at Cambridge Court.
