Our 911 Intensive Use chair is breaking down after 2 years. The back is loose and cannot be tightened (bolt heads just keep turning without getting tight). The arm rests have broken down completely and are now being held in place with duct tape. The head rest wont stay up. And it creaks and moans every time you move in it. It feels like it is going to completely collapse at any minute. To get advice on what to do and what parts to order, we have tried several times to email them, which they prefer, "since numerous associates can answer quickly & efficiently". We haven't had ANY response to either email or phone calls (which is nothing more than an answering machine). We CANNOT RECOMMEND to buy from this company.
