One teller regardless of how many people are waiting in line. If this was a singular occurrence, I wouldn't bother with a review. However, this has been the third time. One teller rudely told my 79 year old mom, that she shouldn't waste their time with waiting in line and need to learn the lobby machine. She's a senior and has been a faithful customer. Ridiculous.
