After Houston Flood and refinery shut down, I was price gouged on gasoline today 8.31.2017 at $4.99 a gallon up from $2.43 a gallon. This is a felony and an illegal activity. I called up to have them refund the difference and they said all sales were final and hung up the phone. I filed a complaint at the Texas Attorney General office and called my Bank to have them reverse the charges.
