Called them after returning from vacation to find my '16 Tahoe dead in the garage. They sent Pat over with a jump box and got it going. He explained why an 18 month old battery died so quickly, how long to let it idle and if needed how long to charge it.
All for no charge to someone who wasn't previously a customer, but who will be from now on.

PS. Autonation, where I bought the $67k vehicle, told me to have it towed to them. Our service now goes to Christian brothers and new purchases to other dealers.
