The Connection Church

The one sermon my cousin had me listen to was awful, basically twisting scripture to get people to come to this particular church. It would be one thing if the church were actually preaching Christ and Him crucified- that would create faith in people (see Romans 10). This “pastor” seems to be more interested in butts in his pews- although I’m sure there are no actual pews. The sermon was preceded by the “worship band” playing some pop song. Truly, this so-called Church is merely a worshiptainment venue. You will be entertained by the shows, but it’s very unlikely that you will be disciples in Christ. Go if you want a concert atmosphere. If you truly want to learn about Christ and His vicarious atonement for your sin, avoid this place like the plague.
