Called and scheduled an estimate. Took time off work for them to stop by. They were a no call, no show. I had to proactively call back the next day asking if there was a miscommunication on the dates. I was told that they had an emergency and were unable to come. A simple phone call would have been nice. Instead, I'm the one that called them and then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule. No thanks.
