I cannot speak to the results of work done by Custom Home Improvements, as the representative they sent never made it to my home. He did not call to say he wasn't coming. When I called the main office to get his cell phone number, he said he was too busy, and couldn't get to me that day. Since I had taken the time off from work to meet with him, this really soured me with the company!
