Dairy Queen Store

We pulled up to order at 7:26pm and were greeted with "may I take your order?" After we started to order, the same person came over the intercom and said they couldn't take our order because all the machines were down. There were other vehicle in line waiting for food at the time. So we started to drive away. Another car pulled in as we were leaving and they were able to order, just not us. We previously quit eating here due to sloooooooooooow service (like 20 minutes for a single burger) and consistently having to repeat the order multiple times because they can't seem to stay at the register to put the order in. So, we decided to give it another shot since it has been so long. Nope. Never again. They need a change in management. Preferably to one that will actually manange.
