My 2008 Ford Focus was having problems starting. I left the car with them and they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. Many places charge up to $100 to figure out what the problem is then , once they figure it out, you get charged for the problem and sometimes the problem you brought it in for is not even fixed. They just charged me for the problem. Also since my car would not start, Brad offered to drop me off at home until the car got fixed. That left a great impression on me and made me feel that they cared and understood what I was going through. They also seen that my driver door would not open from the outside and fixed it for a few dollars more. It has been close to 2 months and my car is running great. Thanks and God bless.
