My in-laws recently had a clinic visit with Dr. Karim and it was not a very pleasant one to say the least. He was very condescending, lacking in bedside manners and showed no compassion towards the elderly. When my in-laws had a misunderstanding about their medications; Dr. Karim instead of patiently clarifying the issue talked down to them and made them feel like they were children; he was very disrespectful and behaved in an unprofessional manner. He would raise his voice and speak over my in-laws while extending his hands in a manner that intends to interrupt whoever is speaking. Given what I have witnessed, I will not recommend this provider, specially to older adults. If you want a caring, professional, and concerned primary care physician, look elsewhere.
