Dunkin' Donuts

The staff here are universally cheerful and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good - - extremely good for a fast food chain. But... and I write this reluctantly, they frequently get the small things wrong in the kitchen. I have used the app and ordered at the counter, and I get the wrong American cheese as often as I get the white cheddar I ordered (and shown on the receipt) They are always willing to make it right, and never any blame shifting, but sometimes I just don’t have the time for a re-do.
