Elite Orthopaedics of North Hills

It was my first visit. The Receptionists, the xray tech, and Dr. Carrell's nurse all made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Carrell was so nice and he took his time explaining in depth what was wrong and how to fix it.

So i was seen by the pa a few weeks ago and she was great...she listened and also provided me with pain medication to get me thru until i was able to get my mri results back...well today i met with the doctor to go over my mri results which showed damage to my shoulder which my require surgery the doctor did not shake my hand when he entered the room didn't make eye contact with me at all and was really short with me...i asked him what i could have for pain while i did the physical therapy and he said he doesn't prescribe pain pills...LIES. HIS PA PRESCRIBED ME TYLENOL 3 MY FIRST VISIT AND I SIGNED A NARCOTIC PAIN CONTRACT WITH THEM SO WHY HAVE THIS CONTRACT IN NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK IF YOU DON'T PRESCRIBE PAIN PILLS...AND I TOLD YOU I LIVE IN PAIN...I GUESS BECAUSE I'M BLACK THAT MEANS I CAN DEAL...THEN HE SAID HE COULD REFER ME TO PAIN MANAGEMENT EVEN THOUGH HE DOESN'T THINK I REALLY NEED IT...WHAT???? THEN WHY EVEN BRING IT UP THEN...WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS DOCTOR HE'S CLEARLY RACIST AND PROFILING.
