The service at this Enterprise location is deplorable and it's unfortunate because I've had good experience at other locations before. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the same incompetent employee twice. During the latest time I was told that my total charges per day outside of my insurance coverages would be $7 and some change per day and I confirmed with her that there would be no additional charges. Today(4 days later) she called me explaining to me that they needed my approval to charge $29.33, additional to the $50 deposit they already recieved. I explained that is not what she told me and that would like to speak to her manager and I do not approve the charge. She stated she would have her manager call soon. That was this morning and it is now 8:20pm with no call and my account was charged the additional amount.
