The doctor is nice and they are quick and easy. Unfortunately they rip you off if you have insurance. I have VSP insurance and I have had that for 3 years. My family sees 2 different doctors and we have always paid, $25.00 for the exam and $10 more for contacts. When we went there, we did the exams and when it came time to pay, they charged me $25 for the eye exam but $90 for the contact. Contact exams at most doctors are $10 sometimes $15 more. Eyeland Vision charges it as 2 separate exams and tried to tell me that those are 2 different exams. Funny because 4 years ago I used this same location and the contact exam was only $10 more. They are now truly rip offs and over charge for you. Unfortunately, I was there with my wife, myself and the teenager. I was out of pocket $160 more then I expected. I should have paid up front because I would have walked out and waited for my regular eye doctor.
Update: 4 months later i went to get glasses at Vision Works... I found out that Eyeland Vision used my insurance for a years worth of contacts..... I never purchased contacts. It took VSP 2 weeks to get that fixed... Avoid these people!
