Eyemart Express

My experience here was pretty good. I went right after getting an eye exam and was able to browse the frames without being disturbed and chose a pair that I liked. The lady that helped me was very helpful and answered any questions I had, and told me my glasses would be about an hour, so I decided to go and get something to eat real quick. About 15 minutes after I left the store I get a text that my glasses were ready so I go back and find that I needed to sign in and wait again to have my name called so that someone could give me my glasses, which I thought was pretty inconvenient. I had to wait another half an hour to step up to the counter and get my glasses, which took two minutes. So did everybody else too. People who were trying to just get in and out, who were picking up glasses, just trying to get a screw replaced, people who just came in for a question about insurance, all had to sign up and wait a very long time just so they could talk to someone for a couple of minutes and then leave. They should have someone tending to just those people so they can get on with their day and not have to spend so much time waiting in the store. Other than that everyone was nice and the store was pleasant.
