Fantastic Hair

I Always go to Angie who is awesome. She was on vacation, so I went to Nicole for a trim. What a mistake. Just asked her to follow my bob cut. She butchered my hair. Didn't even dry it or show me the back, which I thought was weird. When I got home I dried my hair and realized she cut off my points at the front and screwed up my bangs, which I specifically told her not to for both. When I called to let her know she never even apologized and just kept saying "what do you want me to do" and talked over me. How do you screw up a trim?
