First Convenience Bank

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They suck and they don't know how to put cash deposits away properly and then when they lose your money they tell you they are sorry but there is nothing they can do about it. I was late on my rent and phone bill because it took them over four days to find my money. I was charged 85 dollars for being late on rent and another 20 for my phone being late. I also have my account set to decline if money is taken out and I don't have enough money. They charged me 34 dollars on as NSF charge when I signed paperwork stating my card should decline. Do not go to this bank they don't deserve your service. They change you extra on everything. They just want your money! Closing my account today so I no longer have to deal with the incompetent staff they have working there.
