Management was unorganized they can't figure out how to schedule work! Human resources department doesn't know law or how to document correctly! Nicole is very uneducated when it comes to any kinda of HR info. She was promoted with in company, but when you put someone on role that doesnt have the background hr, legel issue can and will happen in the future. Ive caught her and her staff telling you something that is against the law, I won't get into which laws they have broken, I'd be writing for a month. The best thing to do is document, document, document, and recordings if possible!!!! I have family that are/were that have been directors of payroll and Human Resources!!! So I my not be educated in that area but it's good to have family that is!!!!!
Yeah can't trust what anyone tells you. Everyone is in someone's pocket, if you don't fit in with the frazer high school drama then, your an outcast. Frazer high school is what a lot of employees refer to it as.
There are some good hearted people their, but must will try to be your friend and then stabe you in the back, when they get caught doing something wrong.
So to the core values they believe in so 7much now. There system is a joke. This company is and will always be a revolving door, because once again they have placed people in a role they can't manage. I've seen it with other family owned company's, they fly by the seat of there pants and fix things that aren't broke!!!!! Frazer is only still in businesse due to the fact of back alley deals!!!
I will say one thing about this place, you can learn where you never want to work again and go for your dreams! This company opened my eyes to what I really want to do in my life and on the path or doing it. So for that I thank You!
