They were recommended by another business in town to do a gear swap for my car. I bought all the parts for then to install. 1 week later, it started making a lot of noise. I brought it back and Gene said it sounded like it w aas coming apart. He said it may need new parts I told him that he just installed new parts. He tried to blame me then said he may not have done it right. I told him I was taking it to another shop and he told me to let him know what happened as he may learn something as well. He also said he may help with the cost if he messed up. I toool it to a new shop and they told me it was over tightened resulting in bearing damage and improper gear wear on the new gears. I had to buy all new parts again and have them reinstalled. I told Gene what happened and he gets defensive saying it was my fault and I told him to tighten it up. I'm not the mechanic or installer....he is. On top of everything, they got grease all over my steering wheel, shifter, door, and seat. I had to ask the mechanic for a rag just to wipe off my steering wheel so I could drive it. Definitely shop around before you go here.
