I ordered two items from this shop. I just received one (which was bought over amazon), but after asking a couple of time for it. When I received the item it was broken (tea). I claimed that it was broken and received an answer which said, that it was not on purpose and that the BOOK would be still readable. And they suggest refunding me a bit of the price and checking if the book would be available as an e book.
When I asked what would be with my tea they answered, that they already had send me the second item but that would take 14 days because of ground shipping. I paid priority shipping with my items. After mentioning that the associate told be, they offered me a 3% discount on the 4,25 shipping coast which would be 3,99. After asking me if he was sure about the 3% he told me he would be doing that for a while and yes he is.
When I explained that I was not very much satisfied about the broken item and not receiving the second one, paying priority shipping and receiving ground shipping he said that everything is okay and I should not be the way I am.
After asking for the full refund he explained, they already send a new item and it will be with me another 4 days (I guess he ordered the item right when we talked, again over amazon).
I hardly disagree with the costumer support of that shop (need to mention I called the shop a lot of times, the first time the system was down and nobody wanted to talk to me about me issues and they asked me to call back later, the other times it was so noisy in the background that you could not understand a thing they said).
I can suggest not to order from this shop at all. I think rather pay a couple of bugs more an instead having trouble with those people.
