Never more than one person at the customer service counter. Every time I come in here the line is 6 or more deep and they never call another person! Absolutely ridiculous! There are people out there that need jobs but yet they won't hire anyone else! And yes that is a fact. I asked them and they said they're not hiring anybody else but yet they are short staffed. To make matters worse the lady who finally came out to help was a black woman. She helped the two black ladies in line ahead of me and then when I started to approach she gave me a dirty look and walked back into the office. Let me clarify. I am white. Racist much!?
