Actually this is too high. I had an appointment scheduled today to do a big chop and a color for my birthday weekend which I was thoroughly excited about and the barber who scheduled me (Champ) DID NOT SHOW UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT!!! I sat in the parking lot for nearly 30 minutes and nothing. Now I have to scramble to style my very long hair (which is why I wanted to do a big chop). I spoke Witt him several hours after my appointment (I called the shop he did have the professional eptness to call me and follow up), he lied and said he arrived 13 minutes late, as if this was acceptable and that we must have missed each other and I should have been satisfied with that he was running a little behind. I know he lied because I sat in that parking lot 20 minutes after my appointment was to have begun with a time stamped text to the stylist that recommended him to me so I know he lied. But he kind of just brushed it off as if it was no big deal. I am more than PIST! I don't have a lot of time, and I don't like individuals who waste it and who are unprofessional. This is one reason I began doing my own hair over 13 years ago. I got tired of stylist overbooking and making me sit and waste my time like I had nothing else to do but sit in a shop all day. This is just unacceptable to me and why black businesses get the bad rep they do. Even if Champ could reschedule me he couldn't do my hair EVER because I don't do business with individiuals who don't value me as a customer, who waste my time, and are unprofessional. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
