Rating today's visit in particular. I went in to return a gift I got of an item I already had with a gift receipt. The cashier that rang it up ended up refunding the amount back to the purchasers credit card. The manager at the store after trying to fix it concluded he couldn't and I was just out of luck. I told him the right thing to do is just give me a gift card for the amount but he refused. Then went on to want me to sign a receipt. We're talking about 27$ could have just issued the card and put in paid as cash and deal with the shortage with an explanation later. Now I'm having to call around for resolution after making the long drive to and from the store to begin with. Will update review if resolved.
Update: After a few calls and email the issue was resolved same day I was given the GC for original amount and was able to pick up new items same day.
