I have 3 children and have gone to Dr. Nesmith since my oldest (now 12) was a young child. We started with Dr. Nesmith when he was in Dr. Sparks office. Up unit 2011 I loved having him as our pediatrician. I quite using his office in Aug - Sep of 2011. His office staff is rude and I had enough of them. They are always cold & rude when I am there for a visit. If I question how long I'll have to wait they get an attitude. If you call on the phone to see if the nurse practitioner can answer a question or one of the dr.'s can they tell you "we don't take questions". Once my infant was sick and they could not get me in that day. I asked if they could recommend another place and the person on the phone told me no, we don't offer recommendations. Also, in the last year or 2 Dr. Nesmith has gotten too big to be personable. He used to allow you to ask questions by phone and he or an office worker would return your call with an answer, he no longer does that. I used to always be able to get in, now they are so full of people on medicade they don't have time!! It's to crazy! It broke my heart to leave, my children love him. But The rudeness of the office staff along with the loss of a personal relationship with my children made me move on.
