Holiday Inn Express & Suites Borger

Aside from the outrageous room rate, I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites. The front desk agent was cheerfully and helpful when I checked in. The room was clean and a much higher quality than I expected. I soaked in the huge tub and then had a very restful sleep. I checked out the workout room in the morning, which was very small but clean, didn't smell gross, and all the machines worked. The breakfast selection was expansive (although the automatic pancake machine didn't work that morning) and the coffee was great. The checkout process was painless, as usual in chain hotels these days you don't have to do anything. I left my cheap sunglasses in my room when I checked out and when I rushed back a few hours later to look for them, they had disappeared. The clerk offered to take my information and mail them to me, but it didn't seem worth it for those. Overall, if you're going to stay in Borger, stay here.
