Room itself was very comfortable. Water was not hot enough for me. Had a handicap shower, but the hand held head was missing. Making the handicap shower useless.
3 days after reserving a handicap room, 1st floor. Management called to inform me, they no longer had a 1st floor room available. They gave the room to someone else who checked in before me. That's simply bad business practice.
Was promised a shower chair would be put in the room. It was not, had to get it after we arrived. Then again, without the hand held shower head. Made the shower extremely difficult, the chair useless.
