TL;DR check your online order contents before you leave the store. If an employee is rude to you, just find another employee.
Like any other retail location there are good employees and bad employees. Since I'm guessing they don't get paid much I don't expect a lot out of them. I ordered online and selected "same day pickup." I showed up 15 minutes before closing since I hadn't heard anything back and I needed the clothes for a new job. The employees told me they "don't have to" have the order put together for anywhere from 4 to 20 hours depending on which employee you ask. I offered to pull the items myself and the associate agreed that would be fine. I get all the items and then the associate tells me they can't process the order like that. Manager comes and starts sorting things out. She walks off for a short period of time and returns with a bag for me and tells me it's my order. The associates just created more work for themselves by not checking with whoever puts the online orders together. I leave the store since it's closing time. When I go through the bag that the store put together at home, I discover only 5 of the 6 items are correct. I now have to return to the store (30 minute drive round trip) to exchange for the correct item. Manager was courteous and helpful. Employees are 50/50. One associate in particular was very empathetic and helpful.
