Jersey Mike's Subs

I like the Chipotle cheese steak but I don't want wheat bread I'd prefer the rosemary parm bread and 1 out of 7 times I've come here I got what I wanted. The other times I don't and am left unhappy. Now I have to take time to make sure they have what I want before placing my order. Which means I have to wait in line then ask my questions and most often I then have to leave as they don't have what they should. The first time I didn't get what I wanted I tried to deal then when all I could get to drink is soda and water. I asked about the yea and they said no so I asked if I could have my money back to go somewhere I'd enjoy and the response was and I quote "are you serious". I absolutely am! I work hard for my money and will get what I want unless I come here. Lol what a waste
