I tried calling three times, the second time i called they picked up and didn't answer and then hung up on me and i called the third time and they completely ignored me.

I think that Dr. Valenza is a miacle worker...I highly recommend him...he is very attentive and concerned about your well being. I have very impressed with the care I have received from him and his office....very nice, helpful, polite, and informative.
