I bought a beautiful wedding set two years ago and within two months i had diamonds falling out. When i took it in to them i had four diamonds that had fallen out and i was two months away from my wedding day. When i took it he told me there was nothing they could do free for me but it would cost me $200 to replace them and that was at a discount. After i picked up my ring and got home i already lost to diamonds, all i did was drive home. Within days i lost the other two. I lost all four of the same diamonds they had just replaced. Well i took my ring to a diffrent jewelry repair place and I found out that all they did was glued new diamonds in THEY GLUED THEM IN. Who does that? What made them think this was going to work? Since then I have lost more diamonds, this upsets me very much and now i am looking at having to spend $800 to have it reconstructed so this will never happen again...... this does not include the diamonds. So my recommendation is to NOT buy from these people who are not looking out for the customer but there own pockets $$$.
