1 star for customer service. Don't get me wrong, the food here is fantastic and we have eaten here multiple times. We've never been disappointed until today after I placed a delivery order. About 20-30 mins later I received a phone call from the store saying their pizza delivery guy had been knocking on our door for 5 minutes. I calmly asked if he was sure they had the right address and he confirmed it in the system. I had not heard any knocking at this point and I had been waiting in my living room for the pizza, so I would have heard knocking. I then tried to explain to him that here are 2 complexes, mine and a very similar one across the street and the delivery guy may have gone to the other one. He very rudely and abruptly interrupted me to say they deliver there all the time and they had the right address and place. He then said their delivery guy had to move onto another order. So it took about an hour to get our food, and guess what? The delivery guy did go to the wrong place. The delivery guy was very nice and apologetic, but I have never been treated so rudely and by a MANAGER none the less. Whomever is answering the phone over there needs some customer service training. Also, the delivery guy seemed afraid that he was going to lose his job over this mistake, and if this is how they treat their employees and customers, we will not be ordering from them again.
