Lone Star Cafe

I stopped at the restaurant on my way to the other side of the metroplex. I was encouraged by some photos and the menu I found on google and thought it might be a good place for lunch. I had the daily special, prime rib. It was very disappointing. It was dry, cooked too long, and had absolutely no taste or flavor. Best part of the meal was the rolls. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came from the kitchen in a timely manner. But I would not visit this restaurant the next time I'm in the area.
