The experience my son had was alright, but the billing and communication was not. We were not made aware of the charges prior to arriving at the clinic. We were then told we had to pay the entire amount or they wouldn't do the procedure. They offered a payment plan but did not mention the $100+ in service charges for this option. Afterwards, we were told we owed an additional, $1300. Very frustrating. We will not be going back to this facility
