I have had nothing but exceptional customer service at this location. The Clinique counter actually is very informative and seemed very experienced with their product. There is an occasionally wait due to women complaining about not getting some sort of free products. The stipulations are very clear about how you are able to get free product. I have been a loyal customer of this Macy's and will continue to be. I must commend the Clinique manager and all the ladies that work there for having such patients with some of the rude women that shop there. Thank you all!
