We lived at Madison Court Apartments for 2 years. Admin changed at the beginning of our first year, and they updated the carpets, laminate floors, and appliances. They were always very responsive to any and all fixes we requested. Even coming in after-hours to fix minor A/C issues. I can't say enough good things about Dawn, who is in charge of admin there. She is wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there.
