McDonald's

Waited 10 minutes in line to be told to keep waiting. There were two people waiting ahead of me when i pulled up, and their orders were taken quickly. I couldn't wait anymore, but when i left the people were still waiting in line. This is by far my worst experience at this McDonald's. I tried to call to talk to the manager but my phone rang until it forced my call to hang up, twice. I can't express my disappointment enough. I just came back into town a hour ago and i could have gone to any other McDonalds but i waited to go here. Thanks. I hope someone reaches out to me to make this right, this is absolutely unacceptable.
