They introduced themselves to my child first and made her excited about the possibility of being a patient. Well done. The staff is wonderful and the doc is excellent for kids. The best thing? We were told immediately "parents are welcome anywhere the kid goes". No more wondering what is happening to my child or feeling like we are in the way. We are loving this journey.
