I have never left felt compelled to leave a review before and this is my first one ever. I went in there since it was proximate to my house. Filled out paper work and all which took several minutes and after everything lady at the desk said my co-pay was going to be $30. Sure enough... I pulled out my pay flex card. She attempted several times but was declined. In her presence I called the card services and she heard directly from the automated system that I had $2,000 on it. In an attempt to speak with a human being, system promoted me that they were closed. This lady upon hearing all this herself still refused to let me see a doctor until a found an alternative form of payment. In the end, I was turned away! Very sad! This policy is so counterproductive not customer friendly. Treat patients as human beings not just a number! Have a human approach to customer service! You have not lost me as a customer but my entire family.
