Memorial Hermann Diagnostic Laboratory - Bellaire

Went in with my toddler sons and informed them one of them was fasting for their glucose test. An hour later they finally asked me for my paperwork. Then they couldn't figure out what vials were needed for the blood work requested or how much glucose drink to give my son. My kids were getting cranky from not eating so I informed them an hour and a half since we arrived that we were leaving because they haven't eaten all morning and it would still be at least another two hours. Very badly organized. Rude to the patients. Never going here again.
