Steve, customer service, was very friendly, helpful and informative. We have two vacuums that we had serviced and he was very pleasant on both transactions. It made such a difference on how our vacuums now clean. They have a new vacuum for sell that works on hardwood floors and tile, also. Thank you, Steve and Oreck!
