Despite my poor experience, I am giving a generous 2 stars. The concept of the restaurant is wonderful but the actual service and workings of the restaurant lacks a lot. The atmosphere and decor is interesting and makes for what could be a great afternoon dine or dinner with friends. There are signs that they have live music and a stage for the performing artists. When you arrive you sit where you would like and wait patiently for table service. Unfortunately, the wait at our visit was unexpectedly long and surrounding visitors began to openly show their displeasure. We had stopped by for a few sodas while attending an event that was being held on the outside street. The staff was ill prepared for the influx of customers and showed frustration at having customers attempt to gain their attention. In our visit, I overheard customers be told "Not now." and "I'll get there eventually." A group of four left after several attempts to get service and we left shortly after. The restaurant can be great but definitely needs to be managed better and have the service aspect improved.
